Privacy Policy
Resolve for iOS · effective 15 August 2026
The short version
Resolve collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no tracking, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs. The app makes no network requests of its own.
What stays on your device
Everything you create in Resolve is stored locally on your iPhone and never leaves it:
- Your resolves — their labels, reasons, durations, and start and end dates
- Any emoji, colour, or photo you attach to a resolve
- A background image, if you set one
- Your completed history and accumulated total
If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it. Because nothing is sent anywhere, there is no copy for anyone to request, export, or erase on your behalf.
Photos
When you choose a photo for a resolve or as a background, iOS shows you its own picker and hands Resolve only the single image you selected. The app is never granted access to your photo library, and the image you pick is stored on your device alone.
Notifications
Resolve schedules local notifications so it can tell you when a resolve completes. These are created and delivered entirely on your device. No push server is involved and no notification content is transmitted.
Purchases
Resolve Pro is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes the payment and tells the app only whether the unlock is active. Payment details are never seen by the app or by its developer. Apple's handling of that transaction is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Children
Resolve is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If a future version of Resolve ever collects or transmits data, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be described here.
